Avoid these to save your tooth enamel!

Soft drinks: It’s not just the sugar, the high acid content strips minerals from tooth enamel.


Fruit juices:  Although some with a lower sugar content are not as bad for you, it is still a good idea to rinse your mouth after drinking one.  And aim for ones that are calcium-fortified.

Over-Brushing:  Can too much brushing really be a bad thing?  Yes, if you brush too fast and too hard.  Use a soft-bristle with gentle strokes on your teeth.
